Your responsibilities will include:

• gaining a deep understanding of operational teams, their processes, and business logic;
• analyzing existing processes and proposing AI-based solutions and automation opportunities;
• implementing AI solutions into teams’ daily workflows and optimizing their effectiveness;
• monitoring automation performance, analyzing results, and suggesting improvements;
• training teams on how to effectively use AI tools in their daily work.

The company expects you to:

• be able to formalize business processes and transform them into AI-powered solutions;
• have strong analytical thinking and the ability to understand and break down business processes;
• be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams;
• have hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and other AI tools for business process automation;
• be independent, proactive, and ready to propose and implement new ideas.
