• Typing speed of at least 150 characters per minute.
• Multitasking and adaptability.
• Ability to understand customer needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing support and assistance to customers through chat communication.
• Analyzing the reasons for customer inquiries and providing technical support.
• Generating and providing reports to clients.
