Influence Marketing Manager


  • Create and implement influencer marketing strategies for various channels (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram) that are in line with related brands marketing goals;
  • Identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values;
  • Handle influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision;
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, cpm, cpc, cpl and other;
  • Work with cross-functional teams, such as social media, creative, mediabuy, to establish cohesive and successful campaigns;
  • Monitor financial resources and ensure efficient implementation of campaigns within established budgetary limits.


  • The job requires prior experience as an Influencer Marketing;
  • Specialist/Manager/Head or in a similar position for at least 2 years;
  • Experience covering such geo’s as UA, LATAM, Middle Asia will be an advantage;
  • Possessing a thorough knowledge of social media platforms and their optimal techniques;
  • Understanding influencer marketing strategies and techniques;
  • Possessing strong communication and negotiation abilities;
  • English knowledge starting from Upper-Intermediate.
